40 days to “Try Kindness” starts tomorrow!
A challenge to do an act of kindness every day for 40 days in which you will share some of what happened that day when you made a decision to do something kind for someone. It might be something small or big. The point is not to brag about how good you are, nor to make other people feel guilty about how good they aren’t, nor to make other people feel like you are aggrandizing yourself at other’s expense. The point is to turn our personal and national attention onto helpfulness, kindness, and meeting needs for people around you. It is easy to complain about people or to ignore people, but much harder to be an inspiration and help to those around you.
